  1. How can people say that television programs have no educational value? It’s absolutely wrong. In my opinion, I think television programs are useful to children some times. Television programs can be an encyclopedia to children. If you kid love animals, I think the channel discovery is a good friend even could be a effective teacher to take you travel around and teach you the knowledge about animals by the most main advantage that I think television programs have educational value-it can makes you feel more truly and activity with the videos and some live video shows than teachers teaching in your classroom only on their speech. Television programs take you travel around the world just in one second. For example, you are watching the animals world about animals in desert now, but you suddenly want to watch how the animals are in forests. Just press a bottom, choose the right channel, then you get it. That is the convience of television programs. In the classroom, kids only can listen to teacher what they say without activity video shows. But, television programs can give you the sight feeling. Kids can enjoy the programs with speech and activity pictures and videos. Through the television programs, kids can learn something they want to learn. If they don’t like channel discovery, they can choose channel cooking or something else. So, I think television programs have educational value.
